If you thrive in a fast-paced IT environment, join our rapidly expanding team and contribute to our ongoing success.ResponsibilitiesGenerating and distributing accurate, timely invoices to clientsManaging accounts receivable, including monitoring customer accounts, and resolving any billing-related issuesFollowing up on overdue payments and managing collection effortsProviding excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely mannerMaintaining accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentationWork with various departments to ensure billing accuracyContinuous review of profit margins and provide updates to the Controller and CAOMonthly Revenue Flux AnalysisIntegration tasks as assigned to assist with acquisition activitiesContinuing to drive process improvementsOther duties as assignedQualificationsProven work experience of 2-5 years as a Billing Accountant or similar roleStrong understanding of GAAP, billing principles, accounts receivable, and collectionsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing records and documentationAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsConnectWise experience preferredWhy you'll love working hereAt COURSER, we prioritize the personal and professional development of our employees.
