About the team: The HR team is a standard, cross-functional Human Resources organization supporting the site with expertise in Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, HRIS, and Training. The team is currently focused on HR digitalization, data organization, and system optimization to improve transparency and efficiency for stakeholders. Collaboration across HR functions is a key part of the team culture, offering strong learning and development exposure for interns.
