Job Details

Lead the development, validation, industrialization, and global implementation of advanced machining processes and tooling technologies across the repair services network and new make supply chain. These projects will include NPI (new product introduction), PCO (product cost out), and Globalization. - Serve as a subject matter expert in machining and tooling, providing technical direction and guidance for complex manufacturing challenges involving both conventional and non-conventional machining processes (including complex 5-axis CNC milling, grinding, EDM, etc.). - Define and drive manufacturing strategies that improve process capability, reduce cycle time and cost, increase capacity, and enhance product quality across global sites. - Lead the design, development, fabrication, qualification, and deployment of fixtures, tooling, and machining solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers while aligning with operational and capital budgets. - Establish, standard...Development Engineer, Repair, Continuous Improvement, Engineer, Development, Operations, Technology
