The Gift Shop Clerk assists with maintaining a clean and tidy shop, greets all customers and offers assistance. The Clerk processes sales transactions, including telephone orders, including appropriate documentation. The clerk resolves customer concerns as they occur and informs Coordinator or Manager when the concern cannot be resolved. The clerk maintains responsibility for their cash register, including signing in and out, maintaining correct balance, and loss prevention. The Gift Shop Clerk stocks merchandise to ensure an adequate, but not excessive, amount of merchandise. Minimum Requirements. Education. N/ A - Experience.
