This is a where you'll actively help source candidates, communicate with applicants, and improve hiring systems—not just assist with administrative tasks.
Assist with
candidate sourcing and outreachthrough platforms like Indeed and Handshake
Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with candidates and managers
Manage and track applicants throughout the hiring process
Support job postings and optimize listings to attract strong candidates
Communicate with candidates (text, email, phone) to schedule and follow up
Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires
Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
Help identify ways to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
Maintain accurate and organized applicant records
Hands-on experience in
recruiting and hiring strategyExposure to
high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environmentExperience communicating with candidates and managing pipelines
Insight into
what makes candidates successful in the hiring processDirect involvement in improving real business operations
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Interest in recruiting, hiring, or people-focused roles
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office preferred
Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles
Strong people skills and confidence communicating with others
Interest in a future career in recruiting or talent acquisition
