A Structure Technician is responsible for assisting in the repair, reconstruction, and restoration of residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. This role includes framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, assisting with punch work, and general carpentry. Technicians are responsible for reading basic plans and understanding scope, measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring all work meets building codes and quality standards. They collaborate with project managers to complete projects on schedule and within scope. The position requires strong construction skills, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a solid understanding of job site safety practices. Prior construction experience is required.
