Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm preferred. DEI experience required; HR or talent management experience helpful. Exceptional writing and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and manage time effectively. Solid judgment and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including AI tools and Teams.
In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act Transparency Notice, the expected salary range for this Illinois position is between $57,840 and $86,760. In accordance with California's amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $60,800 and $91,200. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
