- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, OPC-UA
- Exposure to AI/ML techniques applied to image analysis, anomaly detection, or process optimization is a strong plus
- Comfortable reading and authoring electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Prior hands-on experience operating EDM, milling, grinding, or laser manufacturing equipment
- Gas turbine or aviation turbomachinery experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous, development-stage environments
???? This role is built for the engineer who codes, builds, and runs. You'll develop sophisticated vision algorithms and machine control architectures, then walk to the shop floor and commission the hardware yourself. If you're energized by the full journey from concept to working machine this is your role.
