A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter to support Wholesale Operations in the policy and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderwrite complex Non-QM loans to multiple investor guidelinesCommunicate regularly with Processors and Loan Officers regarding loan statusAssist with training needs of other mortgage positions and perform ad hoc reportingRequired QualificationsMinimum of five (5) years of manual underwriting experienceExperience working with Non-QM loans for the last 12-24 monthsDemonstrated knowledge of DU and LP inputIntermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
