Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  
• Set up and stock assigned cooking stations
  
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  
• Assist with inventory, prep work, and restocking supplies
  
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
  

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred
  
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
  
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
