Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Multi-Craft Maintenance Electro-Mechanic to join our Maintenance department. This critical role provides essential manufacturing support by maintaining, troubleshooting, and streamlining manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent computer skills, a strong understanding of safety standards, and a proven track record in a manufacturing maintenance environment. What You'll Accomplish:

  • Perform strong electrical troubleshooting on controls, drives, relays, contactors, and PLC systems.
  • Utilize PLC knowledge for diagnostics and, preferably, programming.
  • Apply mechanical expertise to maintain and repair gearboxes, bearings, cylinders, shafts, pumps, mixers, and wrapping machines.
  • Read and accurately interpret technical diagrams, electrical schematics, and service manuals.
  • Work with automation systems, including HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), Robotics, and palletizers/packaging systems.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict safety standards in an industrial setting.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and implement equipment improvements for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Be available to work other shifts and overtime as needed to support manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
  • Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years of related electro-mechanical experience in manufacturing maintenance role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and proficiently operate standard tools and equipment.
  • Strong understanding and adherence to safety standards in an industrial setting.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or Higher in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  • Experience with welding and machining.

Pay: $42.77 - $44.77/hr

Schedule: 7am - 7pm AND/OR 7pm - 7am
