Director of Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance Director strategically leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive quality evaluation and control systems across the organization. This includes overseeing the design and analysis of inspection and testing processes, ensuring the precision and accuracy of products and equipment, driving root cause analysis for incidents, and establishing compliance with reliability standards and documentation requirements to uphold the highest levels of product quality and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Mgmt, or related discipline from an accredited university or college.
• At least 8 years of relevant quality, continuous improvement, manufacturing experience including at least 5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience.
• 3+ years of QMS / ISO9001 or similar experience required.
• CMQ/QE, CQE, CQA are all preferred.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
