A company is looking for a Temporary Product Counsel to provide legal support for their Banking product team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal guidance on product development and regulatory compliance for consumer banking productsDraft and review legal documents including terms of service and product disclosuresCollaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with bank partnersRequired Qualifications7+ years of relevant legal experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departmentsJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in at least one state barFamiliarity with banking and MTL regulations at federal and state levelsExperience advising on legal aspects of product development in the technology sectorAbility to operate independently and manage ongoing workstreams effectively
