YMCA Wellness Director - Powdersville YMCA

Are you a passionate leader committed to building healthier communities and inspiring others to live well in spirit, mind, and body? The Powdersville YMCA is seeking a dynamic Wellness Director to lead and grow our wellness programs while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our members.

In this role, you'll provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of all wellness initiatives, including group fitness, water-based programming, personal training, and programs for diverse populations. You'll recruit and develop a strong team, introduce innovative programming aligned with community needs, and ensure our wellness facilities remain safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.
