Days: Monday through Friday
Term of Contract: Long-term/ongoing with no end date and could last up to 3 years.
Pay Range OR Rate:58.36-80.00 per hour.

What This Role Is Really Looking For (Job Poster Summary)
This role is seeking a strategic AI Governance and Adoption leader to support enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft CopilotMicrosoft 365, and other AI-enabled business solutions. This is not a hands-on AI developer, data science, or machine learning engineering role. Instead, the position is focused on AI governance, digital transformation, user adoption, change management, and enterprise enablement
The ideal candidate will have experience leading enterprise-scale AI or M365 product adoption initiatives, establishing governance frameworks for AI or digital portfolios, and translating technical AI capabilities into practical business use cases that drive measurable value. This person should understand how to organize and manage an AI use case portfolio, including use case taxonomy, lifecycle governance, prioritization, and responsible AI considerations.
This role also requires someone who can drive user adoption and organizational change, including developing communications strategies, training programs, learning paths, champion networks, and adoption campaigns to increase engagement and utilization of AI tools across diverse business groups.
Candidates should have strong experience partnering with business stakeholders and executives, gathering feedback, influencing decisions, and translating between technical teams and business users to support successful adoption strategies.
Strong candidates will typically come from backgrounds in AI governance, Microsoft Copilot/M365 adoption, digital transformation, organizational change management, enterprise enablement, or product/program leadership, particularly in large enterprise or regulated environments.
Day-to-Day
Own AI portfolio standardization, including use case taxonomy, naming, positioning, and lifecycle
governance
Define and execute communications and adoption strategies for Copilot and enterprise AI services
Develop and curate enterprise AI use cases, patterns, and success stories aligned to business priorities
Drive user adoption through establishing/coordinating multi-channel enablement (training, learning paths, campaigns, community)
Business and stakeholder engagement, feedback collection, and technical translation to facilitate the best adoption paths within the organization.
Must Haves
Experience leading AI or M365 product adoption at enterprise scale
Strong background in governance frameworks for digital or AI portfolios
Proven ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business ready use cases
Experience designing communications, training, and change programs for diverse user groups
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Nice to Haves
Experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 adoption or large productivity transformations
Familiarity with change management and learning methodologies (champion programs, communities of practice)
Experience working with Corporate Communications or Marketing teams
Exposure to AI governance, privacy, or responsible AI principles
Global enterprise or regulated-industry experience

Accelerates and supports the ongoing activities in the field of IT Innovation and Emerging Technologies. Identifies and defines applications of emerging technologies to address business relevant challenges.
Designs and implements prototypes of applications including front- / back-end and machine learning components. Works with different company business units to understand the business demands with respect to Innovation and Emerging Technologies. Conducts advanced software engineering, analytical tasks, data preparation, machine learning models to enable company to improve its IT products, services, and processes
Position Responsibilities:
Analyzes business critical data / processes and recommends improvements / highlights opportunities. Works with complex data / optimization / design problems and conducts advanced analytics tasks.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques.
Works with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
Works in collaboration with internal and external teams to identify opportunities for innovation and transition them to prototype and industrialization phase.
Develops custom data models and algorithms.
Coordinates with different functional teams to implement solutions.
Serves as internal consultant to other developers and engineers as needed, providing assistance in all phases of product life-cycle development.
Advises developers and engineers on emerging IT technologies and assists the team in process matters as related to development/support and provides the necessary on the job training and development of associates/contractors within the team.
Maintains accurate, meaningful, and updated technical and non-technical documentation pertaining to all aspects of area(s) of responsibility.
Clearly communicates requirements, progress, goals, and results to business partners with various levels of technical knowledge.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
Education:
Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, science, mathematics/statistics, or related field. Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in computer science, mathematics/statistics, or a related field (preferred).
