Construction Site Supervisor

Description:

PSI Construction, a division of Precision Services, Inc., is seeking an experienced Traveling Site Supervisor to oversee field operations on construction projects. This role is responsible for managing daily site activities, supervising crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Extensive travel is required based on project needs. Key Responsibilities Project & Site Management Supervise day-to-day construction activities at assigned job sites Serve as the on-site representative for PSI Construction Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors Interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and schedules Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Safety & Compliance Enforce all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and job-site regulations Conduct daily safety meetings and job hazard analyses Identify and correct unsafe conditions or practices immediately Maintain accurate safety and incident documentation Leadership & Communication Lead, train, and mentor field crews Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and inspectors Communicate daily progress, challenges, and material or labor needs Foster a professional, team-oriented job-site culture Quality Control & Documentation Perform regular quality inspections of work in progress and completed work Ensure compliance with contract documents and company standards Track daily reports, timecards, production metrics, and material usage Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout Travel & Logistics Travel extensively to multiple job sites as required Support start-up, shutdown, and relocation of job sites Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment responsibly Qualifications Required 3+ years of construction supervision experience (commercial, industrial, or civil preferred) Proven ability to manage crews across multiple locations Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain) Experience traveling between projects or managing remote job sites Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency with construction documentation and reporting tools Physical & Work Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Long hours may be required to meet project deadlines What PSI Construction Offers Competitive pay based on experience Travel accommodations and per diem (as applicable) Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan options Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within Precision Services, Inc.
