Accountabilities

Oversee multiple large and complex systems projects in a regulated environment.

Drive project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.

Lead a team of Program Managers for systems and informatics projects.

Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

Ensure delivery on all phase gates including quality and schedule.

Communicate progress and risks to governance teams.

Ensure compliance with Product Delivery Excellence standards.

Requirements

Extensive experience in Project Management for Medical Devices.

Ability to align projects with organizational strategy.

Experience with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Knowledge of compliance with FDA and regional regulations.

Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and mitigation.

Proven leadership and communication abilities.

Experience collaborating with external partners and OEMs.

Technical bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences required.

15+ years in product development project management.

5+ years in a regulated environment like life sciences or medical device industries.

Project management certification preferred.
