As a Project Manager / Project Engineer, you will lead projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring successful delivery across all phases. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle : planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, automation, procurement, installation, and commissioning Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and internal teams Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and client approvals Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Lead onsite meetings, troubleshoot issues, and drive project execution to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 3+ years of experience managing industrial, manufacturing, or turnkey projects Experience with one or more of the following: Material handling systems / conveyor systems Paint shop systems (Sealer, UBC, Primer, Base, Clear) Automation or process plant environments Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel ~50% Background in automotive manufacturing (Toyota, Tier 1, OEM) Experience with robotics (Fanuc, Kawasaki), PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) Exposure to installation, commissioning, and equipment buyoffs Understanding of capital project budgets and cost control Combination of office-based work and onsite project support Frequent travel to client facilities, manufacturing plants, and project sites Hands-on involvement during installation and commissioning phases Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact industrial projects Exposure to cutting-edge automation and manufacturing systems Collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong growth potential If you're a driven project leader with a passion for industrial automation and manufacturing excellence, we want to hear from you.
