Position Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team with operational processes, vendor coordination, pricing management, and system upkeep. This in-office role requires proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update sales activities, support requests, and customer data within CRM systems.

  • Assist with e-commerce transactions and maintain accurate product listings.

  • Update and manage pricing and product information in business management systems.

  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records to support sales forecasting and planning.

  • Track and respond to internal deal support requests.

  • Communicate with vendors to gather pricing, availability, and product specifications.

  • Provide sales team with relevant documentation such as product guides or technical sheets.

  • Support vendor negotiations and ensure promotional pricing is implemented accurately.

  • Research market trends and competitor pricing.

  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and support procurement decisions.

  • Maintain clean and current data across platforms and systems.

  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support timely sales activities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as purchasing, marketing, and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support, administrative, or operations roles.

  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
