Whether you are beginning your journey as a Behavior Technician (BT) or already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), we provide the training, support, and development you need to succeed from day one. No direct ABA experience? No problem we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build a rewarding career.
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings. Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism. Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients. Collect and record data to track client progress. Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress. Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members. Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development. Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
At least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently. Passion for helping children and families. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
