Overview
The Customer Support area is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issues. Additionally, this position will be responsible for responding to alerts from servers, applications, and network and assigning to appropriate support personnel.
Responsibilities
Customer service skills such as; patience, attentiveness, attention to detail, and clear communication are vital and Windows/MAC PC, and general end user support in a variety of technologies are required. Our customer services desk provides end-user and external customer support for proprietary business applications and standard (off the shelf) client software. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
