POSITION SUMMARY: M&G Custodians perform a variety of janitorial tasks to maintain a clean and safe building for M&G patrons and public ministry by providing general cleaning of work areas, galleries, and restrooms including (but not limited to) vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Vacuums galleries and work areas
• Cleans and maintains restrooms
• Dusts selected furniture and work areas
• Collects trash
• Inventories cleaning supplies and organizes storage areas
• Maintains specific areas around M&G's building (sweeping leaves, cleaning glass doors, picking up trash, etc.)
• Assists M&G Educators with event set-up
• Assist M&G Educators while working with children and parents during event

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University or Academy
• Necessary knowledge and skills provided in training by M&G staff
• Must occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and/or push/pull up to 40 lbs.
