At Home - 35 Park Woodruff Drive - Responsibilities: Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity; Plan/execute daily/weekly workload and tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement; Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions; stock product in designated areas; Support store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience; Serve as a role model and coach, training team on visual priorities and creating visual moments
