The Manager of Unsecured Bankruptcy Operations is responsible for the management and administration of all loading, matching, researching and filing of unsecured BK Proofs of Claim (POCs) both procedurally and operationally. In addition, this manager is responsible for all required post-purchase and post-claim filing activities including: filing transfers of claim, amendments and withdrawals, research and disposition of Direct Payments or payments on putback accounts, trustee refund/preference payments, and discharge reviews. This position will report to the Director of Unsecured Bankruptcy Operations and Client Servicing. Roles & Responsibilities.
