Job Details

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and distribution location, including sales floor, warehouse areas, loading zones, parking lots, and perimeter areas.; Monitor entry and exit points, help to deter unauthorized activity, and observe for unusual behavior, operational issues, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.; Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with incident follow-up, and communicating clearly with management and/or emergency personnel when needed.
