Job Details

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a defense-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and supporting appropriate follow-up actions.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or badges, and report access concerns, policy violations, and other security-related issues to site leadership.; Support emergency and after-hours operations by communicating with local contacts, assisting with evacuations and/or shelter procedures, and maintaining awareness of restricted area requirements.
