Job Title: Physical Therapist

Hours per Shift: 8

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the field

License: State PT Licensure from the Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission

Certifications: BLS

Must-Have: EPIC experience

Description:
Schedule: 5x8s from 08:30 to 17:00.
Floating may be required if needed.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in the field.
Candidates must possess EPIC charting system experience.
Required certifications include BLS and State PT Licensure.
Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
Trauma Level I experience is preferred.
Travel experience is required.
Community hospital experience is beneficial.
Candidates must be willing to float to other units as requested.
Staff will only float to units for which they are qualified.
Modules for travelers may be required to be completed pre-start and annually.
Travelers must be 100 miles from the facility to be eligible.
Additional rules regarding distance may apply based on specified criteria.
