Our work consistently demonstrates the ability to save teachers' planning/documenting time, improve student outcomes, and eliminate achievement gaps.Role OverviewBranching Minds is looking for mission‑driven Product leaders to help empower educators and improve student outcomes at scale. Candidates will be considered for either Product Manager or Senior Product Manager levels based on a defined internal rubric. One candidate will be selected for this hire and matched to the appropriate level of responsibility.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of our products, our users, and the K12 educational technology landscape.Build strong relationships with engineering and design partners.Take ownership of a feature area, lead discovery sessions, and translate user needs into clear product requirements.Clarify educator needs and partner with design and engineering to ship high‑quality software that solves real‑world problems for teachers and students.Maintain a visible backlog of workflow, UX, and behavioral debt.Senior Product Manager ResponsibilitiesLead the development and enhancement of our products, ensuring solutions are innovative and scalable.Develop a comprehensive understanding of our strategic goals and the competitive landscape.Identify key opportunities for platform enhancement and start defining a long‑term vision for your product area.Establish a clear, prioritized roadmap and lead cross‑functional teams toward the delivery of high‑impact features.Leverage a deep understanding of the K‑12 education landscape to identify emerging industry trends and competitor moves.Shape company strategies and offer visionary guidance and recommendations to prospects and leadership.QualificationsProduct Manager2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, or a similar role.Experience partnering closely with engineering teams in agile environments.Ability to work and succeed remotely supported by a company where remote work has been a way of life since day one.Strong written communication skills, especially in problem framing and requirements writing.Comfortable owning ambiguity, learning from feedback, and making product decisions with incomplete information.Deep empathy for educators, students, and administrators, with a passion for improving educational outcomes through technology.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross‑functional teams.Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven decision‑making mindset.Senior Product Manager5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the EdTech industry or related fields.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products, preferably in the K‑12 education space.Strong understanding of educational best practices.Experience working in agile development environments.A keen eye for spotting and resolving gaps, roadblocks, and challenges that impact collaboration and progress.A curious and action‑oriented mindset with a knack for problem‑solving and confident decision‑making.BenefitsFully remote.Base annual compensation for the Product Manager role is $90,000 – $117,000, based on experience, expertise, and geographical location.Base annual compensation for the Senior Product Manager role is $107,000 – $139,000, based on experience, expertise, and geographical location.Cross‑disciplinary, mission‑driven team solving meaningful problems that improve the lives of educators and students.Check out our Benefits & Perks.Equal Opportunity EmployerAt Branching Minds, a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace is one where everyone, regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, professional and life experiences, disabilities, and abilities, feels valued and respected.
