Location: Greenville, SC

Compensation: $75K–$85K + uncapped commission (OTE $100K–$250K)

About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading provider of industrial door and loading dock solutions, supporting manufacturing, distribution, and commercial facilities across North America. They are seeking a high-energy Industrial Sales Representative to take ownership of a Greenville-based territory and drive growth through both existing accounts and new business development.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role with a strong consultative component. You'll be trained directly by an experienced sales rep and positioned to build a long-term, high-income career in a stable, essential industry.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a defined territory in the Greenville and surrounding market
  • Manage existing accounts while actively prospecting new business
  • Sell industrial doors, loading dock equipment, and related solutions
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and recommend tailored solutions
  • Build relationships with facility leaders, contractors, and decision-makers
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and project scopes
  • Partner with operations and service teams to ensure successful project execution

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B or industrial sales experience
  • Proven ability to generate business and close deals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the door, dock, or industrial building products industry strongly preferred
  • Comfortable managing a territory and working independently
  • Mechanical aptitude or ability to learn technical products
  • Willingness to travel locally within the Greenville area

Compensation & Structure

  • Non-recoverable draw: $75K–$85K
  • On-target earnings: $100K–$250K+
  • Uncapped commission structure
