Job Description:

• We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• This role involves working closely with marketing managers, designers, and internal teams to develop, build, and deploy email campaigns that drive engagement and support business priorities.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on with execution, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while leveraging data and insights to optimize performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Email Studio.
• Perform end-to-end QA including link validation and rendering checks.
• Manage audiences and distribution lists (ad hoc and via data extensions).
• Schedule, monitor, and report on email campaign performance.
• Support basic Journey Builder execution including event-based triggers.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and maintain email templates aligned with branding guidelines.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to review KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
• Manage projects and workflows using Adobe Workfront.
• Work closely with marketing managers and designers to plan and execute campaigns.

Must Have:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in email or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (especially Email Studio).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in email campaign execution, QA, and deployment.
• Understanding of responsive email design principles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Journey Builder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS for email development.
• Experience working in Financial Services or Insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Experience with marketing analytics and performance reporting.
