Job Summary:

• Turn spend and supplier data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, cost savings, compliance, and process improvement across Facilities, Talent Management, Legal, Marketing, and Research.

• Analyze spend, contract, and supplier data to identify trends, risks, and savings opportunities.
• Build dashboards and KPI reports for supplier performance, contract compliance, and realized savings.
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ events, including bid preparation, analysis, scoring, and documentation.
• Evaluate proposals for pricing, quality, service levels, and risk to inform award recommendations.
• Assist category plans and supplier rationalization to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Maintain accurate contract records, manage renewals and extensions, and track compliance with policies.
• Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to align terms, mitigate risk, and ensure policy adherence.
• Identify and implement process automation and reporting enhancements across P2P and CLM systems.
• Support adoption of new procurement tools and share best practices across the sourcing function.
• Engage stakeholders to understand priorities and support supplier relationship management for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or data driven supplier analysis; professional services experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; familiarity with ERP, procure to pay, and contract lifecycle management systems.
• Hands on experience managing RFPs, supplier evaluations, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Self motivated team player with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Location: Based in Boston, NYC, or DC with ability to be on site as needed.

• Experience creating category strategies, supplier scorecards, and KPI tracking.
• Exposure to vendor risk management, compliance tracking, and policy governance in professional services.
