Your Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential healthcare candidates via our exclusive platform alongside your personal network
• Proactively reach out to introduce opportunities at MLR and assess interest levels
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow through with leads to nurture interest and assist candidates through their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commissions based on the meetings you facilitate, interviews that result from your outreach, and successful hires from your leads
