Manage full lifecycle of substation projects (planning, design, execution, and closeout). Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders. Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and maintain strong client relationships. Develop project schedules, forecasts, and resource plans. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
