Job Description:
Join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment based in Chicago, IL, as a Contract Lead HR Operations Analyst Consultant.
This role involves bridging communication between management and the HR Operations team, ensuring precise and compliant service delivery.
You will leverage your expertise in HR processes and general technology platforms to address complex employee inquiries and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the HR team, managing ticket volumes and ensuring service levels are met.
Resolve complex inquiries by serving as the primary escalation point for sensitive or intricate cases.
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing feedback and identifying growth opportunities.
Ensure data integrity by managing organizational data and executing mass data changes.
Optimize employee workflows by identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR programs and processes with experience in an HR Service Center.
Proficiency in general technology platforms for business processes and data management.
Experience with experience management tools and a strong aptitude for leveraging emerging technologies.
Advanced proficiency in office productivity suites, including complex formulas and dashboards.
Proven leadership experience in a global HR Operations environment with a focus on talent development.
