$65/Night Sundays | $40/Night Weekdays | 1.5-2 Hours Per Evening

Over 200 families at your assigned apartment community count on one person to keep their doorstep clean and their neighborhood running smoothly every evening. That person is you.

As a Porter with Community Concierge Services, you'll own a dedicated route at a local apartment community in Greenville - collecting trash and recycling from residents' doors each night and transporting it to the onsite compactor or bins. It's consistent, physical, and straightforward work with a real impact on the people you serve.
What Your Evenings Look Like

• Sunday: Start at 6:00 PM, typically finished in 1.5-2 hours | $65 flat rate
• Monday-Thursday: Start at 7:00 PM, typically finished in 1.5-2 hours | $40 flat rate
• Walk your assigned route collecting bagged trash and recycling from each resident's door
• Load collected waste into your truck and transport to the onsite compactor or bins
• Bags are already tied by residents - we provide gloves and PPE so you stay clean

This is a five-night-per-week commitment on a set weekly schedule. We're upfront about that because consistency is what makes the service work - and it's what makes our best porters successful.
What You Earn

• $225+ per week / $950+ per month
• $65 flat rate on Sundays
• $40 flat rate Monday through Thursday
• Paid training so you're confident before your first solo route
• Paid holidays - all major holidays off
• Advancement opportunities - many of our area managers and route supervisors started as porters

What You Need

• A pickup truck with an open bed - your truck is your most important tool on the job
• A smartphone with a data plan for route communication and service confirmation
• The ability to carry up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Reliable availability Sunday through Thursday evenings on a consistent weekly schedule
