Change Management Specialist

Professionals in Change Management are responsible for helping individuals and teams successfully adopt new processes, technologies, or organizational strategies. They plan and execute activities that prepare, support, and guide employees through transitionsreducing resistance and increasing engagement. Their work focuses on the people side of change, using structured methods to ensure changes are understood, embraced, and sustained. They enable projects and initiatives to achieve their intended business outcomes through effective human adoption.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor proposed and newly enacted federal and state laws and regulations, GSE guidelines, government agency and investor requirements ("Regulations") that may be applicable to ServiceMac's servicing business activities, corporate governance and financial operations. Inform business leaders of material upcoming changes.
  • Conduct preliminary applicability assessments to determine whether new or amended Regulations impact ServiceMac's business activities.
  • Prepare clear, concise regulatory summaries translating technical regulatory language into business-relevant requirements for operational leaders.
  • Develop citation reports or regulatory requirement matrices for complex Regulations to support implementation efforts.
  • Enter newly enacted Regulations into the regulatory change management system of record, ensuring completeness and accuracy of required data fields (e.g., citations, effective dates, impacted functions, risk categorizations).
  • Participate in inter-departmental meetings to discuss Regulations and drive implementation.
  • As needed, support the Senior Regulatory Change Management Specialist by:
    • Coordinating impact assessments with affected departments.
    • Participating in cross-functional meetings to review regulatory requirements and track implementation activities.
    • Assisting in tracking assigned action items and implementation milestones within the system of record.
  • As needed, provide policy and procedure support by drafting, revising, and editing company policies and procedures under the direction of Compliance leadership.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience required.
  • Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, regulations, and policy requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations, compliance standards, and operational practices.
  • Self?motivated, detail?oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and responding quickly to urgent issues.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time?management, and collaborative skills.

Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
