Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones; Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or property damage while maintaining a professional presence; Complete routine reports and document incidents, observations, and/or maintenance-related concerns with accuracy and attention to site-specific procedures
