Our Client, a Pharmaceuticals company, is looking for a Coordinator, Talent Development & Engagement II for their San Diego, CA (Hybrid) location.
Responsibilities:
Engagement
Supports Insight Engagement Survey efforts, including administration of all lifecycle surveys (onboarding, exit, annual employee experience and occasional pulse surveys).
Organizes a regular cadence to review lifecycle survey results within People & Performance (P&P) and other stakeholders, as necessary.
Coordinates effective response programs to employee feedback.
Rewards and Recognition
Administers the reward and recognition platform which includes service awards, peer-to-peer recognition (Trailblazers) and a points based reward program (Peak Performer).
Runs reports for key stakeholders and P&P members.
Employee Events
Supports the execution of employee engagement events including the coordination with vendors, stakeholders, speakers, participants, etc., across all Client locations.
Tracks event performance and execution and makes recommendations for improvements Communication.
Prepares P&P communications and promotional strategies to raise awareness and educate Client on P&P initiatives.
Partners with the corporate communications team to further embed Client culture through ongoing employee communications.
Creates posts on Workplace, our company intranet, to promote initiatives, learning, events, welcome new hires, and recognize accomplishments.
Talent Development
Supports the execution of new hire orientation, Exploring Client.
Maintains learning resources.
Coordinates all talent development programs, workshops, and webinars including scheduling, sending pre and post work, communications to participants, printing of materials, and partnering with supporting teams.
Supports the Learning Management System including setting up courses, running reports and following up on course completion.
Miscellaneous
Manages the execution of new contracts within our systems and ensures vendors are paid on time for all talent development and engagement initiatives.
Communicates with vendors and external partners to ensure needs are being met.

Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Skills:
Experience: Experience working within a pharmaceutical sales organization strongly desired.
Must be proficient with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint).
Education:
AA degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of Human Resource experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
