Duration: 12 Months of Contract + possible extension
Pay Rate $ 16.78/hr. on W2
Shift: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Monday - Thursday)

Job Description:
Join a leading medical device manufacturer as an Operator I, producing high-quality components such as pacemakers and implantable defibrillators. This role involves performing assembly, testing, and inspection tasks in a clean, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and inspect medical device components.
• Follow detailed manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for small parts.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
