Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Greenville, SC area recruit for a Sales/Estimator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity. Candidates must have previous commercial drywall construction industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates and feasibility studies for commercial construction projects
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure accurate project scope
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify project details and requirements
• Develop and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients
• Maintain a deep understanding of building materials, methods, and life cycle values
• Negotiate and manage contract terms in alignment with company and client expectations
• Monitor costs, budgets, and timelines to ensure project profitability and compliance
• Support the sales team with project data, bid strategies, and customer follow-up

• Previous experience in commercial drywall construction or a related field
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and labor requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to both lead and collaborate
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
