About the Role
At Circuit Board Medics, we believe every customer interaction shapes our reputation. Were seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to strengthen our online presence through engagement with customers across platforms in a way that reflects company values and builds trust.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and informative communication across customer-facing channels. Your primary focus will be producing content that informs, builds trust, and supports conversion across email, blog, and web platforms. You will also play a key part in managing day-to-day customer interactions through social media and other online channels, ensuring timely, professional, and helpful responses.

Beyond day-to-day maintenance, this role is expected to identify opportunities for improvement actively as you learn more about our company.
