Adidas is hiring an Operations Associate (Warehouse Associate / Distribution Center Associate) for our night shift team.

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English Required

Basic computer skills such as internet, Windows, ability to use a mouse and/or touchscreen required

This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, scanning, labeling, and shipping to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders.

Compensation & Shifts

• $19.75 per hour base pay
• +$0.75/hour shift differential (night/weekend)

Available Shifts:

• Night (Q Shift): Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Primary opening)
• Day (P Shift): Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Limited availability)
• Weekend (R Shift): Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Associate, you will:

• Pick, pack, scan, label, and load customer orders accurately
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)RF scannersUse and to process inventory
• Perform value-added services (VAS) and other assigned warehouse tasks
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Track and record production data and task completion
• Identify and report exceptions, errors, or damaged goods
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with cross-training and support multiple warehouse functions
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Basic computer skills (Windows, internet, touchscreen systems)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to distinguish colors and read labels accurately
• Experience using warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, box cutters) preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise, and dust
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for up to 12 hours
• 50 lbsLift and carry up to regularly
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners
• Work on elevated surfaces (mezzanine level)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
