PrideStaff - Greenville is seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Temporary Mini Storage Facility Maintenance professional for a project-based role at a facility in the Haywood Road area.

As the Facility Maintenance lead for this project, you will be responsible for the physical upkeep and operational readiness of the property. The right candidate must be committed to completing maintenance tasks efficiently and maintaining excellent curb appeal throughout the duration of the assignment.

Temporary Mini Storage Facility Maintenance Primary Responsibilities include:

• Unit Maintenance: Inspect and repair roll-up doors, including spraying door springs and ensuring smooth operation.
• General Repairs: Perform locks and locking mechanisms, minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed across the office and storage buildings.
• Grounds Upkeep: Maintain the property's professional image by picking up debris and ensuring hallways and office spaces are spotless.
• Unit Preparation: Clean out vacated units and wipe down doors to ensure they are move-in ready for new tenants.
• Safety Inspections: Conduct daily walk-throughs to perform lock checks and identify potential safety hazards.

Temporary Mini Storage Facility Maintenance Desired Skills and Experience include:

• Required Experience: 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, property upkeep, or a related handyman role.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong working knowledge of basic tools and the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Reliability: Ability to commit to a consistent schedule for the duration of the 2 to 4-week project.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day.
• Independence: Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and manage a daily task list effectively.
• Communication: Cordial and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and facility management.
