The estimator is responsible for following up on leads, providing estimates, and closing the sale. This position requires accuracy, persistence, perseverance, a willingness to learn, and a high degree of integrity and responsibility. Must have the ability to provide a quick turnaround of tasks, work well under pressure, manage time and priorities well, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively with others. The salesperson must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidential information, make decisions requiring independent judgement, and interpret and apply applicable policies, regulations and rules.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of sales experience (does not have to be in roofing sales)
• Proven sales track record
• Valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle able to carry ladders
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to generate leads
• Willingness to work as a team player
• Competitive spirit and excellent communication skills
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Detailed oriented
• Ablity to climb and stand for long periods of time
• Ablity to work in inclement weather
