BrightStar Care - - Responsibilities: Provide client hygiene care including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, linen changes and light housekeeping; Prepare and administer meals according to clients diet; Take and record vital signs, height and weight as necessary; Assist client in transferring, range of motion, walking, and transportation to appointments; Ensure client rights are adhered to and maintain a safe care environment
