Tech Architect / Lead Dev
Provide locations/flexible work by preference:
1. Most preferred - Pittsburgh PA
2. Second preferred - Cleveland OH
3. Remaining hubs - Birmingham AL / Dallas, TX / Phoenix, AZ

Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote
Acceptable time zone(s): EST
Days of the week: Mon - Fri, 40 HRs
Working Hours (Flexible): 8-5pm core hours

Length of Assignment: 9 Months with Possible Conversion

Initiatives/Projects: Team works in the FinCrime and Anti Money Laundering space

Industry background: Banking/financial background with FinCrime and Anti Money Laundering background required

Roles and Responsibilities:
Involved in regular stand ups, peer code reviews, and change management (deciding what code packages to be deployed). Will be working on part of the deployment team.
Partially supporting different crews, talking to the business members, customer interaction, understanding the problem and presenting options, understanding pros and cons of options and communicating.
Heavy data, less coordination, more hands on.
Building out data models and prototypes.
Working in the FinCrime and Anti Money Laundering space

Technical Skills Required for the Role:
Full Stack Application Dev Sr. - Expert level on React JS/ Angular/ Java , 2-4 Years of experience Required.
Databases: MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Oracle, Apache Iceberg , 2-4 Years of experience Required.
Languages: Expert level on Python/ PySpark/ Java , 2-4 Years of experience Required.
Strong DevSecOps experience , 2-4 Years of experience Required.

Education/Certifications:
Computer Science / Engineering Degree Required
Masters preferred
Certifications - Oracle OFSAA/ Actimize, Cloud Architect (AWS/ Azure) are a plus

Interview Process:
1st Round - 1 HR - technical interview - 2-3 person panel with tech leads
2nd Round - 30 mins - with HM
*Possibly in person interviews if the candidate is local to PA or OH**
