Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand destination interests, preferred travel dates, and experience priorities
• Assist with arranging resort stays, cruise options, transportation
• Review available vacation packages through approved platforms
• Share helpful information aligned with client expectations and spending plans
• Support itinerary updates when travel adjustments are requested
• Prepare confirmation outlines and maintain organized digital planning records
• Participate in virtual training sessions and periodic team collaboration meetings

• Strong communication and client-interaction abilities
• Attention to detail when managing reservation-related information
• Comfort navigating browser-based systems and online tools
• Ability to stay organized while supporting multiple travel requests
• Reliable internet connection and general computer familiarity
