Team Lead Operation Quality & Warranty

Description:
- Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
- Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
- Responsible for coordinating the quality assurance measures for the individual Business Units at the plant (series production quality and warranty)
- Responsible for implementing the specifications for quality improvement programmes and monitoring the product quality and scrap rate Drawing up error analyses, monitoring the Continuous Improvement Process (Scrap Problem Solving) and tracking remedial and improvement measures
- Responsible for drawing up and implementing (local) BU quality standards in coordination with BU Production Quality (quality-related work instructions, list of limit samples, inspection planning, etc.)
- Responsible for customer audits for the Business Units, incl. tracking the remedial measures
- Responsible for correctly processing Complaints Management
- Responsible for reporting the KPIs in the assigned area, incl. the EK ScoreCard
- Defining remedial measures based on the product re-qualification results
- Carrying out audits within the assigned area (multi-shift audits, process audits, 5S audits, LPA, etc.)
- Responsible for processing customer portals in the assigned area
- Responsible for correctly processing PPAP-related quality activities (quality planning)
- Advising the technical department on how to correctly create the PFMEA
- Other duties, as assigned
