Novolex - - Responsibilities: Responsible for the process setups from the initial installation through to final production; Set up all process adjustments (may include as many as 50 to 60); Be part of a rotational on-call schedule to assist any shift with setup and process troubleshooting needs; Demonstrate leadership qualities capable of teaching others technical details; Responsible for assembly, installation and alignment of tooling into equipment as needed
