Spur Logistics LLC is a fast-growing delivery service provider (DSP) specializing in last-mile logistics operations. We partner with Amazon to deliver packages efficiently, safely, and on time. Our team is focused on operational excellence, driver support, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Spur Logistics is seeking a motivated and driven to join our team full-time. The Operations Intern will support the daily execution of a high-volume delivery operation within an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP). This role focuses on logistics coordination, driver support, performance tracking, and fleet management to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time package delivery.
Support daily dispatch operations, including route readiness, driver check-in, and load-out coordination
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (delivery times, safety, efficiency)
Assist with driver support, communication, and issue resolution
Participate in recruiting efforts, including job fairs and onboarding coordination
Assist with fleet management, including monitoring vehicle availability, coordinating maintenance, tracking downtime, and ensuring vehicles meet Amazon compliance standards
Conduct vehicle audits and help ensure vans are clean, fueled, and delivery-ready
Contribute to special projects and operational expansion efforts

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
